This Montblanc 146 Le Grand is the medium-sized pen in the series (see the size comparison photo), the fountain pen design is unchanged since its introduction in 1952, made from Burgundy precious resin and gold plated trims. This particular Burgundy pen and ballpoint is becoming rare, produced circa 1996, and was discontinued towards the end of the 1990s.
