Description
Here we have an original Montblanc 149 celluloid fountain pen from the 1950s. The design of this pen has changed very little since its introduction to the market in 1952 and continues to be one of the most iconic pens ever produced. Today the pens are made of (“Special Resin”) Acrylic.
This pen is in excellent overall condition, 149 imprint to the piston turning knob, brown striped ink view, the silver rings are tight, ebonite feed, 14 ct gold Oblique Broad nib with a little flex, telescopic piston filler, recently serviced and has a fresh piston seal.
