This is a late production Omas Extra  Arte Italiana Paragon celluloid Royal Blue fountain pen, with its classical Omas 12 faceted cap and barrel and Rhodium plated Greek Key cap trim.Capped length 14.2 cms , piston filler, fitted with a 18 kt gold two tone medium  nib. The pen is in near mint t condition and sold with its Omas presentation box.
